This charming 2-story Guest House in VT's NEK has privacy, natural beauty, and easy accessibility. The Guest House was built after the
original Farm House, which is over 200 years old. This is a wonderful place to slow down, unwind and spend time indoors or out in
nature. The giant picture window has some of the best views in the NEK. In Spring you can hear spring peepers and frogs. In Summer
seconds away is a pristine little-known park with ponds, woods, fishing, swimming, and hiking/exploring trails -- and you can pick
produce & herbs from our Guest House organic garden. In Winter the VAST snowmobile trail is seconds away.
Amenities include Linens, WiFi , Cable, a DVD Player, Radio-CD Player, Microwave, Toaster, Toaster Oven, 2 Coffee Makers, Bean Grinder,
Food Processor, Blender, a few basics (spices, condiments, sugar, etc.), Games, DVDs, CDs, Books,Kid's Toys, Hair Dryer, Gas Grill in
warm seasons, & Iron.
Area Offerings: We are just off the VAST Trail, and near many areas with great eating places, plus outdoor trails (skiing, hiking, horseback
riding, mountain biking), and many ponds and lakes (fishing, swimming). The world-renowned Bread & Puppet Theater is a mile away.
Lots of Farmer's Markets in the area during warm seasons. Nearby are Kingdom Trails with world-class mtn. biking events, Craftsbury's
Outdoor Center, Burke Mountain and E. Burke with their many activities, trails, and great eating spots.
Vacation Rental -- Please phone us for a rate quote for the period of your desired stay, and answer questions. Rates are for up to 4 people
-- $25 additional for each person/day above four. Payment in full in advance is required to secure booking dates or get Early Bird special
rates. We will mail you an invoice for SECURE credit card payments through PayPal. We reserve the right to require a security deposit.
Refunds: All refunds & cancellations are dependent on getting a replacement booking for the dates you booked/paid for -- the sooner
you notify us of a change in plans, the greater the likelihood of finding a replacement booking for your dates. We HIGHLY recommend you
take out Traveller's Insurance. Payment constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions above.
